Very limited, we were handchosen by our friends at Wildfish Cannery to be one of only a handful of retailers to get these special tins!

We only have 24 total tins available for this year, so grab them while you can. Just like ventresca is to tuna, the salmon belly is the incredible fattier cut of the salmon. The most omega rich portion of the most omega rich salmon. Hook & line caught, cold smoked, packed raw, then cooked during the canning process, all of the liquid in the tin are the natural juices from the fish. There is no oil added to this tin whatsoever!

This tin is succulent with a great smokiness, a fatty mouthfeel and is absoutely perfect for making the most luxe toasted bagel with cream cheese and salmon. Treat yourself to an incredible Sunday morning spread. Or….just grab a fork and dive in. No judgement.

The rare white king salmon! Just like flamingo’s are born white and turn pick due to their diet (shrimp, krill & crab), salmon are the same. White salmon lack the genetic ability to metabolize carotene and store the orange-red carotene in their muscle cells, so their flesh stays white throughout their lives. It’s estimated that only 5% of king salmon are white kings.

After buying at peak harvest, we hand-slice every piece nice and thick, then brine it in mouthwatering seasonings before smoking with all-natural woodsmoke. We then hand-pack each 6 oz. can and cook it to perfection so you can enjoy our favorite flavors at any time. Processing by hand ensures that what's inside every golden tin meets the standards of our craft, and our commitment to that craft means that all of the processing for our seafood is done in-house.

King Salmon (also called Chinook) has a delicate flavor and a decandent richness, a texture that is tender yet firm. It’s sweet and a little smoky, and the marbling of healthy fats makes it a guilt-free treat.

Sockeye Salmon has a more firm texture than the King, rich smokehouse flavor, and a brilliant red flesh. The essence of Alaska, in one bite.”
