Espinaler Baby Squid in Olive Oil

$16.00

Simplicity at it’s best.

These baby squid are so tender and buttery. They are stuffed with their own tentacles, and are swimming in olive oil thinned out by their natural brine.

You can eat these as is straight out of the tin, but I have a few preparations shown in the pics that I recommend.

-They are great with piquillo peppers.

-Splash some fish sauce and fried shallots on top.

-Do a quick pan fry and serve them piping hot with lemon wedges and buttered toast fot a cozier snack.

Ingredients: Squid, olive oil, salt

Net wt: 110g
